ARIADNE SALVADOR
Ariadna Salvador is a leading figure in the world of Balearic gastronomy. Originally from Valencia and born in 1985, her professional career has been marked by an innate creativity and an overwhelming passion for the culinary arts. After completing studies in audiovisuals and fashion design, Ariadna began her career in the textile sector, where she quickly gained recognition, standing out as the winner of the second Art Jove award in 2011.
Her love for baking led her to found Aloha Pastelitos , a project that quickly became a reference point in the island's markets, captivating visitors with its delicious sweets. Later, she changed her career to devote herself fully to baking, co-founding Clandestí Taller Gastronòmic with Pau Navarro, a restaurant that has positioned itself as an essential point in the culinary scene of the Balearic Islands.
Today, Ariadna leads her most personal project, NINUMÀ , a space where creativity and imagination merge to offer unique and memorable gastronomic experiences. With NINUMÀ, Ariadna Salvador continues to raise the level of pastry making in Mallorca, turning each creation into a work of art that celebrates local flavours and traditions.
