SHIPPING AND RETURNS
1. Shipments
Orders will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order, within the timeframes indicated on each product page and with the following costs:
Peninsula - 10€
Balearic Islands - 10€
*Free shipping on purchases over €300.
Orders will be delivered to the customer by courier or parcel companies. The order will be considered delivered when the carrier has delivered the package to the customer, and the latter signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt note.
No shipments or deliveries of orders will be made on weekends and holidays. The shipping areas are Spain Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Orders outside these areas cannot be attended to.
2. Returns and Withdrawal
According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract during a maximum period of 14 calendar days without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any costs, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
The customer will have a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the requested good or product to inform Álvarez Group of their desire to withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal implies that Álvarez Group will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days (return policy).
During this period, the consumer will inform Álvarez Group of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract by filling out the contact form and indicating his/her order number. Álvarez Group will notify the consumer of receipt of said withdrawal. In order to proceed with the return of a product, it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging and unused. Once we receive your request, we will contact the customer to provide the details of the return.

OBSERVATIONS: No product that has been misused, broken, etc. by the customer will be exchanged or refunded; otherwise, all guarantees will be lost. In the case of a defective product, shipping costs will be borne by Alvarez Group. In all other cases, these will be borne by the customer. If the product is in good condition, but the packaging (box, plastic or wrapping) in which the product is found is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted.
